Shipping policy

Delivery within Australia

Standard shipping is free on all orders delivered within Australia. There is no minimum order value for free shipping.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier disruptions, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Help with your delivery

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. For an address correction, a delayed parcel or any delivery question, email contact@selectocanberra.com with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
